Smoked salmon soup
Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
- 18 oz milk
- 9 oz single cream
- 3 oz tomato paste
- 1 oz corn flour
- 7 oz salmon
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock concentrate
- to taste dill
- Put into the bowl milk, cream and tomato paste: 30 sec. speed 4.
- Add flour, salmon and stock concentrate: 10 min. 210°F speed 3.
- Check for a creamy and smooth result, if needed continue for a couple of minutes.
- Then: 10 sec. speed 8.
- Serve immediately with dill and salmon.
