Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
Ingredients
- 1 oz (not salted) roasted peanuts
- 14 oz condensed milk
- 4 oz peanut butter
- 6 oz white chocolate
- 2 tsp (extract) vanilla
- 7 oz dark chocolate
Steps
- Put into the bowl roasted peanuts: 5 sec. speed 8.
- Set aside.
- Put into the bowl half condensed milk, peanut butter, white chocolate (chopped) and 1 tsp vanilla: 5 min. 120°F speed 2.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue: 1 min. 120°F speed 2.
- Pour the mixture into a 8 inch x 8 inch square tin (lined with baking paper).
- Press and spread out evenly into all the corners with the back of a spoon.
- Transfer into the fridge to cool completely.
- Put into the bowl the remaining condensed milk, dark chocolate (chopped) and 1 tsp vanilla: 5 min. 120°F speed 1.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue: 1 min. 120°F speed 2.
- Add chopped nuts: 10 sec. speed 1 reverse.
- Pour the mixture into the tin over the first layer and spread out even this layer.
- Put into the fridge for at least 2 hours before cutting and serve.
