Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
- 3 oz sesame seeds
- 1 oz olive oil
- 10 oz (canned) chickpeas
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste salt
- to taste sweet paprika
- Put into the bowl the sesame seeds: 3 min. 210°F speed 2.
- Then: 1 min. speed 7.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add 0,2 oz of oil: 30 sec. speed 7.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add chickpeas (drained), remaining oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt: 30 sec. speed 8.
- Scrape one more time then: 1 min. from speed 1 to speed 9.
- Check for a creamy and smooth result, for a smoother result add few water and mix again: 30 sec. speed 4.
- Serve drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with paprika.
