Caramel condensed milk sauce
Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
Ingredients
- 5 oz powdered milk
- 4 oz brown sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 oz butter
- 3 oz water
- 1 tsp (essence) vanilla
Steps
- Put into the bowl all the ingredients: 9 min. 195°F speed 4.
- Transfer into an airtight jar, allow to cool completely and store in the patry.
