Blueberry coconut milk smoothie
Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
- 2 oz slivered almonds
- 7 oz coconut milk
- 4 oz natural yogurt
- 6 oz (frozen) blueberries
- 1 oz maple syrup
- 4 oz ice cubes
- 3 oz water
- Put into the bowl the almonds: 10 sec. speed 9.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add coconut milk: 15 sec. speed 8.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add yogurt, blueberries, maple syrup, ice and water: 1 min. speed 8.
- Pour into the glasses, decorate with some blueberry and serve.
