Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
- 2 oz dark chocolate
- 2 oz white chocolate
- 2 (yolk) eggs
- 10 oz sugar
- 18 oz milk
- 1 tsp (essence) vanilla
- 2 oz whisky
- 4 oz (95°) rectified spirit
- Put into the bowl all the chocolate: 10 sec. speed 8.
- Add yolks, sugar and milk: 8 min. 195°F speed 4.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely then add vanilla, whisky and spirit: 30 sec. speed 4.
- Pour into sterilised bottle, seal and place into the fridge.
